The family of Erik and Lyle Menendez The district prosecutor of Los Angeles County ripped Nathan Hochman … says he opens old wounds and is silent about the surviving sexual abuse with his latest comments.

Erik and Lyle claim that they have new evidence that shows that they were abused – a letter that Erik sent to his cousin, which was written in 1988, where Erik discussed sexual abuse … plus a letter from a Menudo member This claimed that Jose molested him in the 1980s.
Hochman said that the claims for abuse do not change what happened when Erik and Lyle were convicted of murdering her parents … but her cousin says Hochman tries to “bury the truth about her abuse”.
